Flashback

Based in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Flashback performs music from the 60s Psychedelic and British Invasion Eras. The bands we cover include The Beatles, The Moody Blues, The Who, The Yardbirds, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cream, Paul Revere and the Raiders, and many, many more. Our ensemble faithfully reproduces the sounds of the original artists, right down to the full orchestration on “Nights in White Satin”. This is accomplished, in part, by utilizing modern synth technology to reproduce sounds like the Hammond B-3 organ and Mellotron. In addition, we use many instruments from the time period like the Rickenbacker 12-string electric guitar, Rickenbacker bass, Fender Strat, Fender Tele, Gibson SG, etc. and vintage amplifier sounds (Vox, Fender, Marshall). All of our music is recognizable (but not overplayed Classic Rock) with many good dance numbers. We are available for clubs, corporate events and private parties.
