Act Bio
Double Deuce began in July of 1997, the brain-child of local musicians Dave Dulaney and Edward Kuntz. Tired of the conventional 'band scene' they decided to try something fresh. With Dave on Rhythm Guitar and Eddie on Bass, September 1997 brought Landon Johnson to the group as Lead Guitar, adding additional talent with Keyboards and Pedal Steel. November of 1999 brought drummer Bill Novak on board, after a succession of unsatisfactory drummers. "We all seem to have the same goals, which are to have fun and enjoy the crowd and the music without any ego hangups," says Dave. Considering the crowds this quartet has been drawing, the current formula seems to work very well.
The musicians wish to thank their families for their support and for being in attendance at nearly every job the band performs. We also wish to thank the many supporters that come to see us again and again; we look forward to continuing to bring you the best dance music we can.
