Band Biography
Whisky Train prides itself on its musicianship, showmanship, and its ability to cover a diverse set of musical styles. At a Whisky Train show you can expect to hear a little bit of everything from classic rock, hard rock, modern rock, rockabilly, 80's favorites, and even some original tunes.
Whisky Train has had the distinct honor of opening up for many national and regional acts, including Robin Trower, Roomful of Blues, Eddie Money, Kix, LA Guns, UFO, Tom Principato, Funny Money, and Bad Hair Day. Whisky Train performs regularly throughout the area at Maryland's best live music rooms, and have also had the opportunity to play several big-name attractions such as Rams Head Live!, HonFest, Edgestock Music Festival, PowerPlant Live!, The Purple Moose (in Ocean City), the Towsontowne Festival, and the 2005 National Beach Volleyball Tournament.
The group is officially-sponsored by Natty Boh Gear. This relationship provides mutual promotion for the band and the beer/merch
