This form is used to register a new user. After completing this form you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered. You must click on the link on that email to complete the registration process.

• User Name - enter your desired user name. This will be your login ID. Must be between 4 and 16 characters. Only letters, numbers, period dash and underscore are allowed. No are spaces allowed.
• Password - enter your desired password. Must be between 6 and 12 characters. This field is case-sensitive. You will need to enter it exactly as typed here when you log in.
• Confirm Password - retype the password entered above to ensure that it was entered correctly.
• Password Hint - Optional. Enter a word or short phrase that will remind you of your password. This will be used to retrieve a lost password.
• Email Address - Required. This address will be used to send a confirmation email to complete the registration process.
• Full Name - Required. Enter your first and last name here.
• Address 1 - Optional. Enter the first line of your address.
• Address 2 - Optional. Enter the second line of your address if there is one.
• State - Required. Select the state that you live in from the dropdown list. After selecting a state the screen will be refreshed with a list of cities in that state.
• City - Required. Select your city from the dropdown list. If it is not there select 'City Not Found'. The field will chage from a dropdown box to a text input field. Please enter the city there being careful to capitalize words.
• Zip Code - Required. This will be used in the future to locate bands, acts, venues, shows and events near you.
• Newsletter - Optional. Check this box to receive occasional email notices regarding this site.
• Accept Terms - Required. Please read the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the bar above this field. After reading them check the box to accept the terms.
• Continue - Submit the form. If there are any errors, the field(s) with a problem will be highlighted in pink. You may also see a yellow bar at the top of the page with additional information.
